CyAC has been slowly pushing some LAN events for India. Though Asia e-Sports Cup was a raging success in India and abroad, we at CyAC believe that India deserves its own separate identity. Every city within the vast Indian territory has some gaming DNA looking for opportunities. There have been big tournaments in the past which cater to the serious gamers, who live to play & play to win. But what about the budding gamers who need that first win to move on to something much bigger? A stage comparatively small, but with the same sense of competition. CyAC has such Amateurs & Semi-Professional players in mind, & has been testing a few tournaments to serve them. CyAC Amateur CS 1.6 held at the Battlegrounds Gaming Cafe in Mumbai saw a fair bit of success. It was a small test tournament, & we collected valuable information for our future plans.

As we've noticed in the past few months spent in India, engineering colleges in India have that yearly fest which represents the Gaming Culture of their college the best. With footfall in thousands over a span of 2-3 days, there is definitely some Gaming potential in that young crowd. Which calls for another event, Emmorzeal CS 1.6 Tournament by CyAC. Sign-ups have already crossed the numbers we saw at Battlegrounds, & we're hoping for a successful event with interesting statistics. Hope to see you there!
